Good Afternoon,
As I stated in a message to all of our staff earlier today, we are all navigating uncharted territory along with the rest of the world. These are times of uncertainty which results in a great deal of anxiety for many, if not all, of us. Please know that you are not alone and that in itself unfortunately does not bring relief. With that, I want you all to know that our staff is committed to continuing the education of our students through the foreseeable future.

Monday, 3/16/2020 - SAU29 COVID-19 Update

Good Afternoon,

Keene School District announces new school start times

The Keene Board of Education made the decision in the fall of 2018 to shift the start times for Keene elementary, middle and high schools beginning with the 2020-2021 school year.

Franklin School Teaching Team Presented with Lisa K. Henkel Award For Excellence In Inclusion

Keene, NH - 9/10/2019: Franklin School first grade teachers Katharine Abbott and Jessica Hall were presented with this year’s Lisa K. Henkel Award for Excellence in Inclusion. This is the ninth year that SAU29 has been able to offer this recognition, which was developed based on “Essential Best Practices in Inclusive Schools” by the UNH Institute on Disability. It is given in partnership with the Parent Information Center, a statewide organization focusing on positive outcomes for children, particularly those with disabilities and special health care needs.
