okay we are now recording the April 21st meeting of the Marlborough School Board on this remote emergency meeting our board members Andrew fell Nara Casper BMX Jeff Miller Mark pallifrone also joining us our principal Robyn Whitney assistant superintendent. E Frazier Director of Human Resources Nancy. business manager for Marlboro Scott Lazaro and our stenographer Jennifer Sam Parisi my name is Rob Malay and at this time I'm going to turn the meeting over to the chairman Mr Met thank you rob Scott do you know if we have any members of the public attending the public portion of the meeting just now okay I like to call the meeting to order its 4:05 thank you all for joining us some of us are getting more expertise with the various meeting Technologies and I hope by the time we get better we won't have to use them anymore first item on the public agenda is approval minutes for March 23rd I would entertain a motion to approve those minutes I make a motion approve a second by Andrew any discussion Corrections adjustments hearing on all those in favor of approving them in and say hi and and Rob doing in a roll call vote for that or can we just make noise during the remote meetings need to be done by roll call Casper Andrew Mark high420 bills and manifest stop what would you like to do about the bills and manifests okay so what I would like to do is put this off until after our new business and then revisit it then okay reports of the business manager and as I understand it with my remember but I may not be remembering correctly Scott will hear your report and then we vote to accept it as I correct are you going to accept it then you will hear it and then you passed a motion cracked Rob know if you make a motion and a second then you discuss then you vote your car are the business managers report it's actually a move to accept the report I move we accept the report and Casper any discussion okay so at this point I am going to share my screen with you so that you can see it right here and we will go through it together all right you should be able to see my screen now yes we can okay so here is this month's financial report there has not been a large change from last month the projections for Revenue have stayed the same we are about $14,255 of budget are mostly due to get cat AIDS and we had projected our expenses on the other hand have increased slightly you'll see that at the bottom I'll start at the bottom and work back up where a hundred and $73,000 projected deficit vs 169 last month and the major driving factor in that is under a Building Services line so some point in the last Florida we had a $5,500 water bill generally our water bill is $500 and that's what's budgeted for and why we're so far over budget on that way I worked with Fred and Robin I worked with the town and the the water committee and basically at some point we must have had water coming out of either a garden hose in Frozen exploded or we had a toilet that was running constantly and we didn't notice but basically we used a lot of water how much increased our bill quite a bit we have checked whatever the cause was we fixed it would probably without even realizing we fixed it or that it was a problem to mitigate this in the future I have worked with Fred and Robin 2 we had the accident the town water come in and they showed us where the meters are and where you're going to have maintenance once a week check that meter and trying to establish a baseline of how much get should be running on a normal week so if we get some it's 10 times higher this week versus last week we can immediately set about to figure out the cause and fix it before we see another large Bill like this it's so Sky we have in there are done whether this occurred in said the building around outside the building and and the reason I ask is that inside the building uses the sewer outside does not and we could probably request a partial abatement from what I saw on our bill it was equal on the youth in the sewer so whatever it was was going into the sewer system somewhere but I don't think they thought they just calculated from what does comes in for water Broken Out In the two numbers yeah there's a water bill in a sewer bill that I believe the way the sewer bills are calculated as it's a it's a percentage of the water bill and I'm at commercial or residential I did not that depth was that they did not discuss that portion of it a chunk of it back is the sewers a lot more expensive than the water run it was an outside hose just running we shouldn't get bilbray much for it I don't know how we would determine that well you could you know take again who is the town in they have no way of proving where the leak was we are not aware of where the leak was at this point we've just put something in place to prevent it from happening again you really can determine the cause thank you sorry to drag you down that all no no it's okay I am not an expert water bill but I learned quite a bit and that amount does appear looking at this report really to be the cause of almost will change from last month's report that's really the only driver that I have to this month okay any other discus so we have a motion that we discuss the money is is Fred continuing to look into this that's that's it seems like a very very large water leak that happened in I think we're billed quarterly in Marlborough if I'm not mistaken seems so big that there could be another issue maybe even paperwork somewhere I'm not sure right now the flow the town looked at slow down and it is back to whatever our normal is daycare diagnosed with the causes because it's stopped in history is somebody inadvertently fixed whatever the cause was realizing that it was an issue and now we have nothing to go on Fred was out quite a bit of the last quarter due to his personal leave and the two other individuals were aware of any issue can't recall anything so we were really in a position where determining the cause is impossible because it stopped how many gallons that equals was it was it was broken down thousand gallons of water is a is a lot of water and it's hard to think that somebody wouldn't have noticed that what are the biggest apparently from what the Townsend a toilet running non-stop will do that $5,000 four wheeler running non-stop he said for free 1cak can do that by itself all right we're going to have a boat to accept roll call Beau Casper all right Andrew Marc by Jeff hi anything under Oaks business I would like to discuss the the transportation update okay that's what's up stream so we can all see each other again we have the quotes that came in and out of the five companies only two chose to bid due to see Hulk Hogan 19 crisis one of the larger National companies is have it in so many different school districts dealing with so much change in volatility that they've sent us a nice letter saying that they do not take on any more contracts or responsibilities at this time till they sort through what they have now the two of us smaller ones just didn't put in a bed and the two companies that did bid were First Student in boats out of Massachusetts 1bid was below budget Route 18 will get the final numbers once we work out the final details as roughly about 18% increase over last year so about 12 set lesson we budgeted in the other company was at roughly 60% 50 to 60% increase just cause wise one clear cut winner I will right now working on the contract language making sure that moving forward we have the ability to get financial relief relief in case of poor service of the issues that we Face the last 12 to 18 months so we will be in a different more protected contract moving should the same company win that is currently our provider well it sounds like based on the responses that we got that we should really hope they're the ones who end up winning because next choice seems totally unacceptable, but thanks for the update and thank you and the rest of the team again for your good work on this I know David gotten away but it looks like we may be skated through this one hour thanks any questions for Scott on the transportation budget no all right new business first item on the new business agenda is to approve the school board meeting calendar for 2020 to 2021 being wasn't on the board the last time this was done and I have a question as to what we might want to do or not want to do if we have conflicts some of the dates on here or at do we ever change for date meetings or at and or is that something best taken offline so I want to say about four years ago actually five meetings were all over the place and in the folks out of out of this building in particular who are sharp boarding the boards during their meeting we're out 3-4 times a week and so we worked really hard with the boards at that time to streamline that and to try to align districts that were closest in proximity to help facilitate the ability to best support boards things during that time or during the time that they meet that said if there are conflicts there are ways that we can mitigate those conflicts but he asked is is for you to consider states that are there discuss what might be challenges and we can work on making amendments as we need okay so yeah so none of these dates are are coming up early so given the the tightness of our send it tonight maybe we can defer the site so I forgot to remind you I have a board meeting and outside board meeting that's fixed its out-of-state I can't miss it and the other one is going to end this seems like a really alien thought is that I'm scheduled to be out of the country in October that seems like is nowadays but so we'll maybe we'll work on that I'm a I'll probably reach out to some of the other board members and ask you if their schedules look okay for all these dates and if it's just me we'll probably leave them out there okay thanks so what do we need to take a boat on this you do yes everyone okay with taking a boat on this or is there any other discussion change these later if we need to so I'm going to call for a motion to approve the 2020-2021 school board meeting calendar as as distributed via the drive promotion 2nd in Jeff just for for the record for the minute just indicating that the meetings for the Marlborough School Board continue to reflect the third Monday each month with a couple of exceptions because of holidays that fall on a Monday but I just want to put that into the record so when people read the minutes they'll have an idea that it will continue at this point in time to reflect the third man I have each month okay good thank you Rob roll call vote Mark hi Andrew by Caspar Jeff I think Rob imma let you cover the next couple here at least sure sure so I think that's probably very fitting we have only one sitting long sitting board member at this time but Mark and you can you can either of you. Say happiness is right we do this every year or no I don't remember ever do but at the end of every school year what we do for the summer months so that we don't have the need to call special meetings you know on a whim as we continue hiring an accepting resignation spending the budget of the board has authorized me for the last 5 years is all I can really speak to to accept resignations and higher during the summer months what we are asking is that and I think this was a little bit on Wednesday at the SAU meeting is that boards are extending that authorization now just to eliminate the mood to call emergency special meetings when we can avoid that so it's there for your consideration all of the hirings are reconciled when we do get back together at the beginning of the school year so that you are informed and aware of any new Personnel that has been hired between the time you approve any such authorization in the time we get back to business as usual so will it be any kind of notices put out there about respect of candidates or any things are such a Wii just not going to find anything out until the end of the summer we WE Post all of our vacancies quite right Billy Mark no I I meant as far as when the vacancies are filled or when people have handed in resignations you know you were saying so we we authorize you to do this the firing and hiring yeah but there is not any information that's really sent out about any of that until and it's all done deal you know during the summer and then we find out at the end of the summer what actually happened is and short that's where the way it goes yeah that's the way it has gone but I mean I'm happy if you want to provide updates as they become available but we're just negating the need to call a meeting to get something over the goal line or rub to Marks point it let me know if this I think it makes sense for you to have the authorization on on both of these the both the budget and the higher and and the acceptance of resignation and particularly on the higher in the acceptance of resignation said would it be reasonable for you to send a communique the board which like any others in this vein would be confidential to let us know when you've reached decisions just so we know in a running alongside yeah absolutely I can do that so that we're not inadvertently meetings side of a noticed meeting is that communication would be blind copy to each of you as board members so that you will get the information button in the event you accidentally hit reply all we will not you know mistakenly be meeting as a boy outside of an oldest meeting so yeah I can absolutely provide that communication for the rest of the board does it mean that we wouldn't be meeting in May and June would that be so that mean that you're taking over from from here on out because that doesn't sound optimal if there are actions that need to happen we would definitely be calling a meeting what we're trying to do to minimize those me he needs and only calling those meetings when they're absolutely necessary and you say this would be starting in the it was the July and August are you're saying so underwater I'm kind of a little bout a dark is for I mean are we are we going to be conducting meetings right until June via real video platform or we not like I miss something so again what we're trying to do is minimize the need to call any meetings unless there are actions that need to be taken there are actions that we are not authorized to take without board approval and those would be the meetings that we would call emergency meeting to take place but we're trying to minimize the need to continue to meet for the purposes as we typically Grant those authorizations over the summer which also willing food as you'll see on the agenda Drew item e which is another very typical summer authorization matboards take over the every year just to make sure that business continues and does not fall through Wayside if there was a need to call a meeting Mark we would call a meeting but for the purposes of approving hired or expending the budget or for the board to sign off on the bills it is our recommendation at night of which most boards have already approved with the exception of one to go ahead and begin those authorizations immediately okay that's what the answer to my question when this was actually going to begin sorry took the long way around sorry about that okay so we're voting on B I think Andrew had something to say that if we make it sound like while we wouldn't be making it sound like we would be telling everyone that there are no more meetings for the rest of the year that may shut down the public wanting to put a penny in Port and I know where where not offering public input time at this point I don't know if I don't know if I would mean I would want to meet for no reason that's for sure but Chevy MyLink so we're not putting anything out there that says the board is not meeting again until September we aren't we are really just trying to streamline the purposes that were meeting for anything that requires action if there are reports or information there's I need to call a meeting just to hear a report or information or action that need to be taken it sounds like the authorization that you're asking for is what's normally granted at the last meeting of the year like in June but because of the virus that we may not need any of the meetings were given the authorization now right sensually it to try to really streamlined the reasons that we are meeting and not just meeting for the sake of meeting so far we've been providing daily updates we've included all of the board members in the daily updates and so you are getting more communication and you ever have from the central office in particular and we're trying to make sure we're keeping everybody with information and if things come up that we do need to call the board together for action or or to make a determination on something that is definitely our intent we would not act or react with outboard out the reserve other than those that are on the agenda for your consideration tonight okay so the way I understand is that the vote that you know we would beat a tonight would be giving you the authorization for hiring and for accepting regiment resignations along a line we get to other business things on their own what about select committees I mean committees can be mean they can meet without prior notice something like that right that's what I'm in August are we going with this I do and why don't we discuss the committee piece when we get it right if we if we do if we do a vote now or I mean it's that's not going to mini mini this is not this these are not motions or authorizations that will save the board will not meet again until September that is certainly this is saying that that's right Omega Clearasil okay we're voting on the higher accept resignation authorization to make it longer than it usually is over the summer mark sorry Jeff I think you need to get a motion in the second before you call a boat I thought we've done that before we started this but maybe. So we'll do it okay I move we authorize the superintendent to hire at resignations second mark excuse me do we also need to authorize him to spend the budget that's the next one Mark Kasper now we are moving to end because I think we discussed this but opportunity after the motion to discuss it more if we would like I am moving to authorize the superintendent to expend the budget between now and whenever we next meet and change our mind flayer second Mark is there any discussion on this one I don't see any faces moving so I'm going to call the boat Mark I password Andy by Jeff okay Gris I have no clue you know I don't have my list in front of me other than the attendance officer who I believe is Chief Lions but are we typically reappoint district attorney position in attendance officer every year too and I don't have any changes to recommend so if you were so inclined to make a motion to reaffirm the Marlboro School District Journey position in attendance officer as is then that would be acceptable so this is business as usual three positions LaserDisc position right so you know if there's a need to go to an attorney we go to the district attorney on behalf of the Marlborough School Board in school district if we have clarifications that need to be made through physician and then you know we go to that specific position and if there are true students we would refer those to the truant officer of the attendance officer in this case I do believe this Chief lions okay since it's the same as work we haven't place we're not predicting to make any changes here I'm going to suggest we move this question so I move to reappoint the current school district attorney position in attendance officer have a second does any further discussion despre Andrew Mark hi Jeff okay board members to sign manifest given the fact that we usually do these in an in-person meetings Scott here is my portion what we normally do during the summer as a point to people that can sign a manifest in the entire board what this does is it allows for people to have lives in vacations and not every board member has to come in every single month to sign the checks on that particular day so the bills don't get paid late so what we are at proposing and we're doing with all the other districts is we are creating a Google Drive shared folder and how wiener is actually putting all of the Manifest drive folder in sharing it with the entire board there the entire board to look at every single checking detail if they have any questions you can contact me directly and I will answer them if I don't have the answer I will get there but by allowing to board members to sign it no one will have to say we won't have to have an every month meeting and you won't have to send anyone else into the building physically you can have a board member whoever you want to designate could be all of you just print out those manifest sign that covers sheets and scan the cover sheets back into me in that will work I'm also we are we are looking into East future type of software but that's going to be a lot going process want to bet that through or just trying to make it safe and simple for everybody just got the sounds like it makes sense is there any why we shouldn't assign all of us to be able to do it because we never know who's going to be around and available is that their downside to that or do you recommend only a couple of board members and everyone willing to do it it makes it easier because it fits and he's on vacation right now we're not planning vacations for savings ends and Andy and Casper want to be gone for the last week of July to go on vacation whoever's left Consign and there's no big deal stressed out about it and we can coordinate with each other via email to make sure that a one of us dies it anyway and not all four of us are spending a ton of time on it thinking the other ones are not exactly you can even designate in a put yourself say hey Jeff says I'm good this month the next month I have it or you know what I mean if you want to do that you can plan it out right this is much much better than the normal process given circumstances I'd like to hear a different hit the board members have issues or questions so there's only one signature needed right at a time yes so I'm going to move to authorized call board members individually of the Marlborough School Board to sign manifest and seconded mark hi Casper by Andrew Buy thank you the next item since all of all crossword at the SAU meeting at which time the Amicus brief was introduced along with a resolution supporting it we decided to defer our vote until we got a chance to read the brief I know everyone is gay open don't know if everyone has read it I read it and I'm ready to vote on the resolution but I don't want to just go to that before we have a chance to discuss it but I'll put them pushing on the table and that will open it up for discussion and Rob tell me if this isn't sufficient to say that I move the Marlboro School Board support the resolution as as communicated to us at the say you a special meeting of whatever the date was or do you need something more specific now I think that'll work and just for the record that was on Wednesday April 15th thank you well let's go back to f after we finish this one okay thanks for I was just testing everybody so there is a motion you're looking for a second at this time sir I'm looking for a second on the Amicus brief second mark I'm good with it I enjoyed reading most of brief before I get my dad and it's unmistakably logical and commonsensical and so I plan of Burden any other questions comments or should I call the boat I have a question I'm not quite sure what what's court case this is who's who's going to court so hopefully clear that up this was filed about a year ago by the combine a couple other districts that signed on at that time we had as the Marlboro School District discuss the merits of signing on and being financially obligated to that lawsuit and it was a buys to us from legal that it was probably not the right time to sign on because there were some questions with the lawsuit the lawsuit has it was awarded to bow and it has been appealed to the Supreme Court and the same legal who advised us that it was not a opportune time for us to join that lawsuit is also advising very opportune trying to sign on with the Amicus brief which does not commit any school district financially to any of the lawsuits or cases or or court dates that will be coming forward so it is Play More Than a signature of support that that districts are concurring the current level of adequacy funding is not acceptable from what the state has been providing local school districts which is rough around $3,600 per student and that's really all it is it is just a statement that school district from all over the state and their there's a long list of school districts that have also signed on to this knowing that they are not obligated to contribute financially to the lawsuit is this another case this trying to get Supreme Court to compel the legislature to do what they've already asked them to do for the state appealed the decision in from Superior Court and it's gone to Supreme Court so yeah it is the same it goes back to the Clare Kay's Casper you're not wrong with that which was why we as of Marlboro School District did not initially sign on and become Financial contributors to the lawsuit but at this time and you know it is the recommendation of well it is my Rec station that we do sign that the Amicus brief it never went to the highest court before in the state not at this time okay then I will call the vote unless there is any objection mark Casper by Jeff why is that I didn't catch that Jeff I'm sorry reaffirmation of all policies I'm guessing this is something the board does every year sorry computer was breaking up at that time so I couldn't hear you clearly yes every year at the end of the year we reaffirm the policy so that when we start the school year we have at least reaffirm them at the end of last school year knowing full well that we review policies and make those changes throughout the school year so that's all that is it's just a reaffirmation of the policies that you currently have in place and okay everybody all right with that sounds normal Jasper try that again Jeff you're breaking up you vote in favor by Jeff I the eyes have it school board scholarships and financial aid what is the action required on this one call Chris had sent me an e-mail just to make me aware that you know it's getting to be that time that we should be starting to look at this I talked to Jay this morning she sent me information several students that are looking for scholarships there is not quite sure but I know what that's probably the beginning of May that the deadline for scholarships for students to their applications for that so we'll just be waiting for that and then what I'm looking for is to see if anybody else wanted to participate in the decision-making I'm going to do the applications and you know making decisions on how many scholarships were you know whether in the past several years there has been more scholarships that have been put out then financial assistance so looking for you know for someone to have a look at these applications you know I usually there's always been at least two people it's been Chris and Joe over the last several years it has looked at these two applications NFL you don't make decisions on that so that's where it stands right now Jeff you did send me back some you know what reply I just wanted to make sure that they're worn and needs change on the town report since December 31st I don't know how the condition of the economy as far as it would stress and everything is stiff anything is taking a nosedive as far as how would you know interest on those trust you know since then that's was a thing I was going on in my mind if there were any updates with. So so what I'm looking to I don't know if I'm answering your question what I'm who is an entertain the opportunity for other people to get in on this from the board to look at applications from the students and you know make the decisions on you know who's going to get you scholarships for the financial aid and I know how to divvy up the money that's there for it I do copy so I gave Mark the end of the year. from the trust funds of the income available on all the trust for this I copied the other two members of the trustees of the Town trust funds just to make sure that using end-of-the-year data is appropriate Geico really hard to understand Jeff you're breaking up an awful lot lemon that's so much better sorry so thanks Mark it sounds like this is if we have good work in progress will get the final dollars and cents organized so mark question is whether someone someone would like to help him get the make of the determinations on the recipients if if there's no one else who has this in their house of interest I'm happy to do it but I want to give and or Casper the opportunity as well I don't mind reading through them okay Jeff could I just interject for a quick second so Mark you got it Put on Chris and Joe have done all of the heavy lifting with regard to the scholarships that were offered for Marlboro residents however what they do is a they go through all of the applications they'll look at the amount of money that is available and then they make a recommendation that does need full board approval right but not this one or two members of the board so this would be an example of why I would reconvene a meeting of the board because of an action that would need to happen right but I mean so I mean generally you would look at two of us do you know how to go through you know the applications and makes a recommendation in the sentence for going to the board afterwards correct gate so you're really forming a committee thank you are you still interested right I'm not sure how it's done been done dorkly with the giving of the funds certain amount and we have a I'm sure Chris Hill used to really manage in the past would be more than happy consult with both of you she's definitely very very willing to help out with this we are now to the other and then we need to get in turn on public session and I want to make sure we have enough time for that but if anyone has other business I know Mark you at something this would be the time to bring it up right I thought that this would be a real good opportunity to take a hard look at the you know weight of the way we're hiring handling discipline at the Marlborough School I mean it's such as we should be starting up again in September that's the way it happens on the beginning of the school year is definitely the right time to present changes in discipline is handled my mention to Jeff that that was definitely a very loud voice you know at the the March meeting and I really don't think we can just let this fall at the Wayside I really feel that you need to see if you know listen to what the pope was the saying they're definitely your you know obviously her issues and every single School across the country with the change of culture but you know we need to kind of address this right here in Marlborough and you know what I would like to do is up to my knowledge we do not do not have a discipline committee and I definitely would be happy to be on that and if I don't know what the procedure is Roxy start a new committee and how you actually do that if anybody can answer that question for me I think that it would be an ad hoc committee standing committee such as the other committees that you do have and it was it something in response to an immediate concern so it would not be necessarily A standing committee where board members would reviewing discipline cases or anything of that nature because that would be very you know that's that's not what it is obviously at Hawk committee and as a board you can decide to 4 an ad hoc committee with less than a quorum of board members participating it could be as few as one Brian you would be looking at a procedure and and policy that's related to discipline right and you know and Andrew I mean not not to throw you under the bus since you live right across the street from the Casper's but Andrew I think you'd probably be one that would be a really good candidate for this I mean this is something that you would talk about the pass I didn't know if you'd be interested or not the time to do something like this I don't know anything about writing policy but I I do have my values and I don't mind sharing those seems to be are you been hearing you know some definitely things from the public about this that's the impression I've been getting you know what I wanted to just want to do is to see no take a look at that you know what's already in place you know when then you know what in the Meridian and put out some kind of suggestions recommendations about some possible changes and some ideas that could possibly work to make some changes and you know be agreed upon you know with Robin and you know the rest of the board and say you don't want to we try this give it a shot and see if it's going to change some of these things you know that are happening at the school you know these kids are going to come back kind of different human beings you know in September being away for so long and you know September if this when we actually reconvene in school this September this is a time to nip it in the butt and say you know we're going to try some different things so we'll have the behavioral interventionist as well at that point so I think this is Mark raising his hand with it which is great because now we have another I know it'll go by like a flash of but we do have a fair amount of time between now and the beginning of the school year so we have time to be thoughtful and proactive instead of active soap Mark in and if you're interested in starting this up as an ad hoc committee maybe you can coordinate with the Robin and if there's if there's some any guidance or advice Maps offline from the essay you just to make sure that we done and cross our T's and terms of committee meetings in Communications so forth so that we're able to get the right things done in the right way and don't make any missteps would that be would that be okay right I mean it is if I'm meeting with Andrew and I'm meeting with Rob and I mean is that going to be looked upon Estelle three of us you have to sport to school board members and and 1 principle was that looked upon as an illegal needing no okay that's why make sure it's a definitely Rob and I mean sure I mean it's really full clearscope you know what's really what's really going on and what are the problems going on here at the school and you know what kind of brainstorm you know what see what does any other things that we could try out there I mean I've been pretty lazy over the last few no six years I've haven't been on any committees that always being afraid to do something like that all of my night commitments at my own school with performances but you know she's like I have a little bit more time on my hands right now so might be the right time to be on something that'd be great. Let's take a stab at it and then let's see where it goes is there anything official we need to do Rob 2 forgot there's a new committee I think that it'll be reflective in the minutes and you might consider membership to that committee with regard to others the building and having those meetings done remotely that's what you would might want to consider on but your official you're going to be forming a committee to discuss student this now whenever these day I need like you know you have the wellness committee and and the safety committee meeting are you broke mommy Mart okay so anytime any of the meetings like you know we would ask if the wellness committee mad do you know if the Safety Committee any of these meetings are they scheduled ahead of time for the public to see and are they invited so Dottie do you want to speak to that a little bit more Robin what we do is when we have those meeting scheduled we send the agenda to Jay and she gets them and get some posted so they are considered public meeting but not those are dropping I don't think that's what they're talking about this is this is like a cultural RTI committee meeting and adjust the boards being I think what you're talking about is going what is what where you want to go what are the problems doing kind of an analysis of that works on this now and we would just be happy to put you on that committee as well I think we just have to be mindful of when you leave you cuz your committee also reduce student data and I just even though your board members I think we just have to be mindful of how how that's shared. I mean the content and the numbers in the incidence of stuff but just you know it's not the well I guess you would have to do I'm not looking we wouldn't definitely be looking at specific students our names are you know you know any kind of information we just looking at you no call friends and things like that. So you sounds like you already have it too many for that Robin and I thinking of robbing a good place to start is to take all the data that we've been collecting to PowerSchool on discipline is just review that we can do that easily if that works great that committee structure doesn't seem to work and we need to rethink that then let's rethink it and it wouldn't make sense for you guys and I'm thinking Mark and Andy and Robin and I think he might have some good input to take this but I'll organize it offline I think we're safe doing this offline right okay.
