SAU29 offers a plethora of services to our students and families, encompassing many different supports. These supports include physical, occupational and speech therapies, psychological and social work services as well as the necessary nursing care. Find your passion in assisting children from preschool to highschool with your amazing skill set all the while providing for them the means of succeeding in life.
Requirements
Must hold or be eligible for a NH Teacher Certification. Options also exist for individuals with a Bachelor’s degree to obtain cortication with the NH Dept of Education through the “S.O.E” process. Bachelors degree needed for general education. Positions at the Cheshire Career Center positions allow for experience to offset college degree requirements.

A School Nurse plays a vital role in a student's success and well-being, with their multifaceted responsibilities beyond basic first aid. Key elements include focusing on advocacy for students with complex needs, managing chronic conditions, promoting mental health, and building bridges between the school and community to ensure students' health equity.
Must hold a current New Hampshire RN license, or eligible for New Hampshire RN endorsement from a reciprocal state. Current CPR certification. NH DOE Certification required.

Job related experience within the field of communication disorders is preferred. Advanced degree as required by licensure (Masters or higher) and clinical experience. Must hold or be eligible to hold New Hampshire Speech/Language Pathologist’s license.
