Special Education

While in the classroom and through case management responsibilities special education teachers provide the extra supports our students need in and out of the classroom.  Special educators help to develop the successes of students with life-changing transformations and provide a network of dedicated support and guidance.  Special education teachers help to advocate for inclusive practices which ensures students with disabilities have the same opportunities as their peers while promoting empathy and understanding within the school community all the while preparing students for life beyond the classroom. Join our special education teams and help equip students with the essential academic, social, and problem-solving skills for independence and their future successes.

Partner with Student Services and General Education to create a learning environment for all students to thrive. Bachelor’s Degree in General Special Education; Master’s Degree and/or advanced endorsement(s) preferred. Must hold or be eligible to hold NH Special Education Teacher Certification.
