along with the letter for creating a parent access account so that you can do your online registration the letter says to be in the web address type in PS4 sau29. Org what you want you get to sign in page and click on create an account create an account and you put in the information and just keep in mind that this is a test account so there's really no information that's important here and make sure did you get to this point that you scroll down this is very important because you need to put your student information ireba fictitious student in here name is Jack Frost and you can see an access ID this is all your letter so honest in my letter it tells me to type in Access Password again this is contained in your letter number but a relationship to that student and I'm going to scroll down and I'm going to hit enter I won't save anyting this may happen to you two got to make sure you have I swear this long enough and I didn't choose a password this long enough you notice I have to re-enter the access password here as well and this may happen to you so it's a good example of leave it in the video you may do this as well I think we're all set this time I went into that save it and you can see that I've now created an account you're going to get an email with the confirmation on that and then you go back to PS that SAU 29. Org are you going to come here and now you're going to go to the sign-in page near with the information from the account that you just created I'm going to log in again I'm not going to save my password and this is what your screen looks like when you login you'll see your student information and your student schedule I new to this the place we are one of the focus on right here is it's called formed in this is our online registration so what you click on forms you can see there's four tabs across the top the one that were interested in right now is enrollment and you can see these forms that need to be filled out of some of these again this is a fictitious student but I want to focus on one for you and this is a very very important page each page has to be filled out but many of them are just question and answers which it'll take you moments to fill out so I'm going to click on the contacts returning because this page contains the information that's in PowerSchool at the present time and you can see across the top here there is a tabs for all the different forms that need to be created and again don't worried about that they're very quick to fill out this particular one is a contact information in this case both parents this building to Jack Frost has lives with both parents and there's no parenting plan but if there is it gives place to go in here and add an attachment if you have one I'm going to put this to not applicable because it's not applicable for Jack and this is a questionnaire State ask so if it's a neither at military status like Jack Frost year that's what I'm going to check and then down here it shows the information that's in the system for the student that you can edit this information you can click on this particular say that he is a relationship really that's not there that's not set so I'm going to say that's an uncle and this is really important this contact type you want to make sure you set the emergency one emergency to emergency 3 and down here you can put the phone number you can add a phone number in for this person and you can say has any information here like maybe this person can pick the student up from school also then you can say that you can see now that you can the student this new person here I checked the list with so I don't want to save lives with I wanted to say aloud to pick up so as you can see you can just and you can edit any one of these contacts you can also delete them but this is going to be crucial for us keeping in contact with you throughout the year from an emergency contact prospective as well as you do parents and Guardians for these students I hope this has been helpful again make sure you fill out all the forms you have to scroll across ear and the first time you login it's going to disappear yellow bar across the top about preference simply set your preferences to either you want to receive information or you do not know if you do it'll ask you to put your email will go away that's it in a nutshell again once you login going to be in here you going to see your students information it's going to be it'll be set on the on the home for Jack and what you want to do if you want to click on the forms link right here and you literally want to go throw on your enrollment section each and every form once you click on the first one this particular case to the information returning your just confirming it if all the information is the same simply cancer put your signature down here and submit and then you go to the next form if there's no change of address it's it's real simple you click on here has your address change Utah didn't know if your address has changed it'll give you the information to put in here but a lawsuit of allow you to update and upload the information which is required for the SAU I hope this isn't helpful have a nice day
