Lisa K. Henkel Award for Excellence in Inclusion

Lisa K. Henkel Award for Excellence in Inclusion is awarded to a SAU 29 regular classroom teacher who

shows particular dedication to inclusion of students with disabilities within their regular curriculum.

Selection factors based on “Essential Best Practices in Inclusive Schools” by UNH Institute on Disability.

Previous recipients will be ineligible for 3 years following their last award.
