meeting is officially yours Madam chair all right so we're going to call the meeting to order at 6:38 first Spider-Man agenda is approving the minutes from April 20th I wanted to add I'm wondering if we need to approve all from April 13th the 20th was our meeting that we had for that one agenda item wrong on the 13th was our April meeting or official April I don't know didn't did Jay put those into the packet he put it in the pocket but it wasn't on this copy of the agenda that I received I don't know if there was nothing she just had this one but I believe that we should also be looking at improving the minutes to the 13th they were included in the mail packet know what I would suggest is that we do go ahead and approve those I can't recall if we did that on the 20th or not but I don't remember doing that so you should go ahead and approve them so that we don't have to forget about that in Lake Nevada that business unattended so you can to approve the meeting minutes from both April 13th and April 20th are moving to Peru when somebody makes both non-public and public menace approved for 13420 meeting minutes I'll make a motion to approve Old Sacramento any discussion no no no okay so we'll do a roll call vote and 1st Kevin Stuart Dean Annie I sell the most am I supposed to say that I'm I supposed to get my official boat alright alright so is our scholarships so I wonder if we should do other business before we move to non-public for scholarships we can if there is any I don't have any the ones I have are for Putnam public other business relating to the non-public discussion so the other business that I have is is strictly for non-public okay so there's no other business so we can move right into the slide into non-public nobody just to that so woke up and seen on public at 6:42 I have it you do need to have a motion a second and do a roll call ocean all right so boat lights heaven I also know I so we are moving it's been on now just mentioned before I sign out that I need people to stop by and sign those diplomas or I can run around to your house whatever you want me to do but you just need to let me know send Mom School Bus how do that week from Monday I guess I'll come by on Monday I can drop them off at the farm and you two can passing between yourselves and get them back to the school and then I'll get it to Maddie and anchor however you want to do it yeah I'll send you an email and I'll plan out with you okay thanks we are we are back recording and out of non-public Madam chair once again that you beating is yours okay so with that I'd motion to adjourn a second in a second hey Mike Kevin Stewart and I also I so we are adjourned at 7:16
