Keene School District Benefits
A certified Keene teacher or administrator contracted to work 80% -100% FTE (4 or more days a week) and any Keene support staff contracted to work 35+ hours per week (1200 or more annual hours) is eligible to enroll in the District’s fringe benefit programs that include medical and dental insurance, life insurance, NH Retirement System, and long-term disability insurance. Part-time Keene paraprofessionals and tutors (hourly staff who work less than 35 hours per week) are offered some benefits as defined under the respective bargaining group.
